What we hold about you

Your identification documents, contact details, the register of your holdings, and a log of every access to your box. We are required to keep identification records for five years after an account closes.

Access logs

Every access attempt records the time, the network address, and the outcome. These logs are how we can tell you whether an entry was yours. We keep them for seven years.

What we never record

Your PIN. Only a one-way hash is stored, which cannot be reversed to recover the PIN.

Who sees it

Vault officers see what they need for the box in front of them. Access to the register is itself logged. We disclose to third parties only under a court order or where anti-money-laundering law requires it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of everything we hold about you, and we will provide it within thirty days. You may correct anything inaccurate. You cannot require us to delete records the law obliges us to keep.
